Simulator performance meters may now be displayed via telemetry:

• FPS = FrameRate
• R = CpuUsageFG
• G = GpuUsage
• L = ChanLatency, ChanAvgLatency
• Q = ChanQuality, ChanPartnerQuality
• C = CpuUsageBG
• S = ChanClockSkew
• P = MemPageFaultSec
• F = SteeringWheelPctTorque
