Release Notes
- The telemetry system now reports the tire compound index with which each team has set their best time in Qual ("CarIdxQualTireCompound"; it will be -1 if none has been locked in so far).
- It also indicates whether or not Race Control has officially locked that team in to that compound choice for the start of the race ("CarIdxQualTireCompoundLocked").
